วันหยุดอ่านกันเพลินๆครับ ดร.เทียม โชควัฒนา ท่านเป็นผู้วางรากฐานอันสำคัญของ "เครือสหพัฒน์" จึงขอนำหลักคิดและปรัชญาการทำงานของท่านมาถ่ายทอด ซึ่งมีคำอธิบายเสริมพอเป็นสังเขป เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์สำหรับหลักคิดการทำงานที่เป็นระบบต่อไป 1. รู้น้อยไม่เกี่ยงงาน คนเราหากมีความรู้น้อยต้องไม่ท้อถอยหรือเลือกงาน เพราะการทำงานคือหนทางเพิ่มความรู้ประสบการณ์ 2. เป็นร่มเงาให้ประโยชน์สุข ต้นไม้ใหญ่ให้ร่มเงาและอุดมด้วยดอกผลอันเอื้อประโยชน์แก่ผู้ปลูกทำนุบำรุงและคนทั่วไปฉันใด องค์กรที่เจริญเติบโตมั่นคงย่อมควรจะเอื้อประโยชน์และเกื้อกูลแก่บุคลากรและสังคมฉันนั้น 3. ความรู้เหมือนดาบ ยิ่งใช้ยิ่งคม ผู้ใดมีความรู้แล้วนำความรู้ของตนมาใช้และถ่ายทอดให้ผู้อื่น ผู้นั้นจะยิ่งเกิดความชำนาญ และเป็นการเพิ่มคุณค่าแห่งความรู้นั้นด้วย เปรียบเสมือนดาบที่ถูกมาใช้ประโยชน์ และได้รับการเอาใจใส่ดูแลให้คงไว้ ซึ่งความคมตลอดเวลา 4. ทบทวนอดีต ศึกษาปัจจุบัน เพื่อวางอนาคต ...

Commandment taiwan Dear Dr. Ongart, Thank you for taking a huge interest in my great grandfather’s business values. It is my great honor to translate his Chinese manuscript into English. Many of his Chinese writings are difficult to translate into English so I tried to be as concise as possible in my translation.
